Custom ROMs for Rockchip based Tablets?

I am new to this forum. It looks like a lot of expertise is here, so I am hoping for some help.

I bought 2 new foreign tablets and I would like to modify them with a 'local' Android Rom version. They also do not have access to the normal Android Market and I would like that fixed. I assume it would be with a custom rom.

I have included the specs below:

Hi. I just purchased D2Pad-727 7" tablet, Google Certified with Play Store integrated. The previous models, the 711 and 721, didn't have this certification. As for performance, it's pretty slick for a sub-hundred dollar tablet. Here are the specs:

hi

i just received this tab with password only, so the customer want it to unblock the password

i try to find the hard reset combination using volume down (-) button and power it on.

but unfortunately nothing happen and the screen now is black and i can't return it into normal mode

i thought the unit is now in BOOTmode..

is this unit need to write F/W now

if yes, how???

In Asia a tablet is sold with this chip. Tried too root but unable to find driver.

Any comment appreciated. Can I use another Rockchip driver?

Chromo Firmware Update

Hopefully you guys can help me out. Recently ran into the boot issue with my Chromo Tablet (Model CI2542). The device gets stuck on the "android" splash page and wont load. I've hard reset the device and I'm at the point where I think it will need to have it's firmware flashed. I've attached a photo, I can't seem to find a proper link to download the proper file. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,
First of all thanks for all these amazing usefull information of this forum.
Well, I will try to explain what is the problem, sorry about my english.

I am trying to recover a TV Dongle or stick, it hasn't got a VOL + or VOL -, so I think that I will need to touch the different Pins that the NAND has to boot it in recovery or a known device for the RK Batch Tool.

The CPU is the RK3028A
The NAND chip is the 29f64g08cbaba
The GPU is MALI-400

Has anyone any idea witch are the PINS that...

More importantly can I load a MS based App? Namely a Hantek PC based Oscilloscope.

Original android version from tablet 4.2
Upgrade to android 4.4.2
It's possible to upgrade to android 5 or newer version of android this tablet ?

From where find new version of rom compatible with this devices ?

GoClever not have suport only with android 4.4.
